WHAT ARE AMULETHA™ SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY TIMES?

We are offering a free of charge Express delivery service. It typically spans 1-2 working days. You can view the estimated delivery time on the checkout page when placing your order online. Please be aware that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Additionally, please note that each of our creation is a custom piece of art and requires 7 working days lead time. Furthermore, personalization services such as engraving will require an extra lead-time of 3 working days.

WHAT KIND OF PACKAGING WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER IN?

Orders placed on the AMULETHA™ website are elegantly presented in the signature AMULETHA™ gift wrapping.

Furthermore, all orders from the website are securely packaged in specially designed, discreet protective packaging for delivery, ensuring both safety and privacy.

WHAT DELIVERY ADDRESS MAY I USE?

You may use any residential or workplace address where the carrier can hand over the parcel personally. This does not include a military address or certain restricted areas.

Customs Duties and extra cost associated with the purchase will be paid by AMULETHA™.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR CHANGE AN ADDRESS?

Please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience. We try our best to process orders swiftly to guarantee timely delivery. However, there may be an opportunity to change an address if it has not yet been processed. Once your order has been finalized, it will be entrusted to our courier partners, and at that stage, we regret that modifications to the delivery address will no longer be feasible.
