Shining service

Has your jewelry creation lost its shine or become scratched? The Shining Service at AMULETHA™ is designed to restore your creation's original luster and remove all superficial scratches. This service includes a comprehensive diagnosis, buffing, cleaning, and both technical and aesthetic checks of your piece.

Engraving

The Engraving Service at AMULETHA™ allows you to personalize your jewelry creation by engraving a name, phrase, date (in various languages), or a symbol or design on it. This is subject to technical constraints and the space available on the piece.

This service allows you to modify the size of your necklace or replace the clasp without affecting the aesthetics or original form of the piece. All adjustments are contingent on technical feasibility and are performed by AMULETHA™ specialist jewelers. The service includes several precise steps:

• Diagnosis: AMULETHA™ jewelers meticulously examine your creation to determine the necessary modifications.
• Re-sizing: We will recommend the most appropriate method to adjust the size of your creation, considering its specific shape.
• Polishing: This stage demands exceptional skill to ensure your jewelry piece is not distorted. AMULETHA™ jewelers undertake a series of steps to achieve a "mirror-polished" finish that meets our high standards.
• Cleaning: If suitable, your jewelry creation will be placed in an ultrasonic tank for thorough cleaning.
• Rhodium finishing, if necessary: White gold and platinum pieces may undergo rhodium finishing to enhance their whiteness and brilliance. This involves removing any existing rhodium before polishing and then immersing the piece in a rhodium bath after polishing.
• Final Inspection: The jeweler conducts a thorough check to ensure that your creation aligns with AMULETHA™'s stringent quality standards.

Necklace Re-Sizing 

The length of your necklace can be adjusted by altering the chain, either lengthening or shortening it as required.

These various services are designed to preserve your creation over time, ensuring that it remains as close as possible to its original condition.

Repair or Replacement of a Component 

Should an element of your AMULETHA™ creation be damaged or lost, a new component can be added or replaced. This part will be charged in addition to the service cost.

Reshaping 

If your AMULETHA™ creation has become distorted, our reshaping service will restore its original shape.

Clasp or Link Repair 

If the clasp or link of your AMULETHA™ jewelry is damaged, we recommend having it repaired to prevent loss. This service involves various precise and delicate operations performed by AMULETHA™ jewelers.

Polishing 

Has the surface of your jewelry become scratched? A polishing service performed by AMULETHA™ jewelers can address this, involving several meticulous and careful steps. We advise limiting polishing services to no more than three times throughout the lifetime of your creation to maintain its original form.

Stone/Pearl Replacement 

Has a stone or pearl on your jewelry been damaged, or would you like to replace it? The stone or pearl replacement service will accommodate your needs through various meticulous and delicate operations by AMULETHA™ jewelers. Please note, stones and pearls are not included in the service price and will be billed separately.
