Does AMULETHA™ offer a warranty?

AMULETHA™ offers a 5 Year Warranty.

All AMULETHA™ creations are covered by a five year warranty from the date of purchase. During that five years, AMULETHA™ will repair any issue with a Product free of charge on receipt of valid proof of purchase. For more information please visit Terms And Conditions

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR CHANGE AN ADDRESS?

Please contact us at your earliest convenience. We try our best to process orders swiftly to guarantee timely delivery. However, there may be an opportunity to cancel your order or to change an address if it has not yet been processed. Once your order has been finalized, it will be entrusted to our courier partners, and at that stage, we regret that cancellations or modifications to the delivery address will no longer be feasible.

WHY IS MY ORDER NOT GOING THROUGH?

Additionally, please be aware that upon initiating a purchase at www.amuletha.com, a request for payment authorization is sent to your issuing bank. Should the bank decline this request, there are several potential explanations to consider:

Please contact us to describe the issue. The piece should then be sent directly to our dedicated service center. With AMULETHA™ 5 Year Warranty we will repair any issue with a Product free of charge on receipt of valid proof of purchase.

Upon its arrival, our skilled jewelers will conduct a thorough evaluation, which may take up to two weeks. Following the assessment, we will reach out to discuss any applicable service charges. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

DO AMULETHA™ CREATIONS COME WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY?

When you purchase a creation on www.amuletha.com, it will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity stamped and signed.
In case you wish to return or exchange a creation, it will be mandatory to include this certificate into the return parcel.

  • Avoid exposure to cosmetic or household products, as they contain ingredients that may tarnish your jewelry.
  • Steer clear of rapid temperature changes.
  • Store your jewelry in an individual case, preferably in its original AMULETHA™ case or in a separate compartment of a jewelry box. Ensure that chains are fastened, coiled, and laid flat to prevent knotting.

HOW CAN I MAINTAIN MY JEWELRY?

By adhering to these straightforward guidelines, you can ensure that your jewelry remains in its pristine condition for many years:

  • Periodically inspect the clasp for security and functionality.
  • If your jewelry does not include any stones, you may regularly immerse it in warm soapy water for a few minutes. Use only soap with a neutral pH.
  • Gently brush the jewelry with a very soft toothbrush, then rinse it meticulously with warm water. Afterwards, dry and polish the piece using a soft cloth, chamois leather, or clean microfiber tissue.
  • If your jewelry does contain any of the aforementioned stones, the cleaning should be performed by one of our specialists at AMULETHA™ facility.

DO I NEED TO HAVE MY JEWELRY POLISHED REGULARLY?

For the vast majority of jewelry, polishing is an effective method to reduce or eliminate scratches on metal surfaces.

However, as this process involves the removal of a thin layer of metal, we advise against polishing your jewelry more than twice for pieces made of white gold or three times for those made of yellow gold over their lifetime.

Before proceeding, please consult with our AMULETHA™ jewelers to confirm whether your specific model can be polished. Our skilled technicians are ready to provide a thorough diagnosis and suggest the most appropriate service for your needs.

HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MY PRECIOUS STONES?

  • Always shield your pieces from potential impacts. Even diamonds, which are the hardest of all precious stones, can be damaged or worn down by repeated blows.
  • Regularly inspect the prongs and settings of your stones to ensure they remain secure.
  • Have your jewelry professionally cleaned if the stones begin to lose their luster or appear dull.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN KARAT AND MILLESIMAL FINENESS?

AMULETHA™ describes its precious metals in terms of a karat system, rather than the millesimal fineness.

Millesimal fineness can be used to describe all metals and it measures the parts per thousand of pure metal in each alloy.

The karat system, which can be used only for gold, measures the parts of gold per 24, i.e. 18 karat gold is 18 parts gold per 24, therefore it is 75% gold. 24 karat gold is 100% gold.

They are as follows:
Gold (white, rose, yellow): 750/1000
Platinum: 950/1000
Palladium: 950/1000
Silver: 925/1000

Hallmarking (hallmarks uses a millesimal fineness system of measurement) as follows:

14 karat gold - 585 hallmark

18 karat gold - 750 hallmark

22 karat gold - 916 hallmark
