Returns & Exchange

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Returns and Exchanges can be initiated through our e-Boutique. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number via email.

Please ensure that once you receive the return authorization number, you have 14 days to exchange or return your AMULETHA™ creation in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials intact, including complete packaging set.

In the event of an exchange, the returned item(s) will undergo a mandatory Quality Control to ensure their integrity before we dispatch the replacement item(s).

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?

The return or exchange process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your creation.

Only creations purchased online at www.amuletha.com e-Boutique may be returned or exchanged.

It is not possible to return or exchange creations that have been engraved, embossed, modified, or personalized in any way.

AMULETHA™ will not accept a return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE ISSUED?

It may take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Please be aware that all items returned via our e-Boutique are subject to a mandatory Quality Control. Following this inspection, you will be notified whether your return has been accepted.

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 10 days, depending on your original method of payment. For more detailed information, please consult our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

MAY I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM GIFTED TO ME BY SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, you are welcome to exchange or return an item that was purchased through our e-Boutique and gifted to you.

Please be aware that in the case of a return, the refund will be automatically issued to the original purchaser. Similarly, in the event of an exchange, if the new item is less expensive than the one returned, the difference will also be reimbursed to the original purchaser.

CAN GIFT CARDS PURCHASED ON WWW.AMULETHA.COM BE RETURNED?

No, gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
