Looking back to when you first started, can you share the pivotal moments or choices that really shaped the path you’re on today? 

I found myself on this path because I had a strong desire, passionate curiosity, and youthful naivety that everything is possible. If I had the experience and knowledge of what this journey would demand, I would have never felt ready. The blessing of not knowing gives you the courage to start. Just like the idea that you don’t have to be perfect, and true beauty lies in imperfections.

What is your personal definition of success?

Love for what you do and complete loyalty to your beliefs and values. It’s impossible to be successful if you pursue something you don’t believe in. Success follows those who are honest with themselves and others. There’s no need to waste time or endure suffering to chase something that isn’t meant for you. Happiness is light and calm.

What is your process when formulating a new goal? How do you decide what’s worth pursuing?

Listen to your heart to understand what  is meant for you and what is not.

What are your top three practical steps that you use to quickly get into a state of confidence?

Engage in physical activity.
Spend time with loved ones and supportive, positive people. 

Be gentle with yourself and approach everything with ease.

The joy of participating in life, creating, and receiving support from important people.

The rose is significant to me as a symbol of love. True beauty lies in fragility and impermanence, reminding us to cherish the time of its bloom. The journey to the magnificent blossom leads through sharp thorns, but beauty and love always prevail. I believe that by doing everything with love, we can achieve harmony and peace.
