Initially, it was animals that symbolized flight or extraordinary strength, aiding in hunting and survival in harsh environments. Today, while the physical world is safer, mental challenges have increased. People now seek mindfulness and inner strength to achieve success in life, relationships, and work.

As a community, we conceptualize the world around us in similar patterns, assigning symbolic meanings to certain objects. These symbols encapsulate our needs and desires. This superimposition of ideas has always fascinated me, inspiring the creation of our symbolic jewelry at AMULETHA™. Each piece serves as a meaningful connection to the wearer, merging cultural heritage with personal significance.

Visual symbols possess a powerful graphical character. Sometimes, they embody the key aspects of the symbolic object while retaining their visual similarity. Other times, they are represented in fundamentally new ways when symbols or combinations of signs can convey meaning much like a language. A notable example is the “+ -” symbols used to express the French saying "Plus qu'hier et moins que demain" ("More than yesterday, less than tomorrow"), a poignant sentence from the famous poem by Parisienne Rosemonde Gérard, written in 1890.

At our studio we draw inspiration from such profound uses of symbols. Our jewelry incorporates these rich visual narratives, creating pieces that resonate deeply with the wearer, embodying both tradition and personal significance.

Each AMULETHA™ creation is meticulously designed with a powerful symbol in mind. We embark on an extensive process of research, drawing, modeling, and material selection to discover the most compelling composition to embody this symbol.

Molding ideas into a body: journey begins with a profound collaboration with a diverse range of artisans and jewelers. Our pursuit is to craft bold design details that integrate seamlessly into a composition, forming a Power-Symbol.

Our primary design elements are relief and textures. It allows us to unfold each story with unparalleled artistry. Relief enables us to sculpt metal dramatically, revealing layers that bring depth and dimension. Textures are meticulously applied to manipulate light, creating a captivating interplay of surfaces. We skillfully diffuse light on matte surfaces to produce a solid yet soft finish, while hand-sculpted mirror-like surfaces reflect light brilliantly.
